This month, RONIN opened its doors to organisations looking to give their business a boost with a better social media presence. Led by our wonderful Head of Digital Marketing, Sara Laccone, the training gave delegates a comprehensive overview of social media marketing. RONIN offers a full social media management service and wanted to introduce social media training courses as a way of reaching out to SMEs seeking to improve their social media marketing, but not quite sure where to start.
The training day began by outlining the dos and don’ts of social media for business, how to build a brand online and how to create a social media strategy. Visitors learned about Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), the importance of blogging and how to best drive traffic to a website using social media.
Sara took visitors on a journey through the main social media channels used for marketing including Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. She shared industry secrets and passed on a wealth of knowledge, equipping the trainees with the tools to set up their business’ social media marketing campaigns.
To finish the day, Sara evaluated each organisations’ current social media and gave personalised tips on how to improve them.
