06 Feb Getting ready for Oliver Wight Asia Pacific conference down under
This year it has been go go go for our Australian client Oliver Wight Asia Pacific which is looking forward to its first Integrated Business Planning conference in Melbourne on 24-25 February. This has also meant a busy start to the year for us with exciting design and PR projects to work on to ensure the conference is a triumph.
The two-day, invitation-only conference will see speakers from some of the world’s best known companies talking about their work with Oliver Wight and explaining the successes they’ve had. To help our friends down under we created an invitation, promotional flyers, a conference brochure with presenter biographies and programme details, a website advertisement as well as pull-up banners that will be on show at the event. We also ran a PR and social media campaign to promote the conference and a survey for attendees. Plus, we have designed a nifty ‘credit card’ USB that delegates will get a chance to win.
Our new Account Manager Caroline and social media guru Sara are now putting their heads together to create a social media presentation. This will be presented to the Oliver Wight partners following the conference. Unfortunately they are gutted they could not get to go to Australia to be there in person but instead will be connecting across the world via Skype.
