Here at RONIN Marketing we have been busy working on a new website for Simply Mums – a local company close to our HQ in the Bromley borough. Previously, Simply Mums offered childcare solutions for parents, however it wanted to evolve the business with a change in direction. Cue RONIN. Our goal was to build a contemporary ecommerce website with the ultimate aim of helping parents back to work.
Opting for a WordPress website, we had the challenge of adding two ecommerce areas – one offering career coaching for parents and the second targeting recruiters to advertise jobs. And although WordPress websites have their limitations, our skilled team of website designers were able to overcome technical obstacles to successfully install the dual functionality. Other key features included a job search, employer’s directory, CV listing and a blog section for the latest tips and advice from the experts at Simply Mums.
A redesigned Simply Mums logo gave the company a fresh identity in shades of coral and grey, which was used throughout the website. Specially-commissioned photography of the Simply Mums team complemented the modern colour palette as well as adding a touch of personality.
Fully responsive, the site can be viewed from any device, and includes links to Simply Mums social media platforms. User experience was a priority for this project to ensure easy navigation and clarity on the company’s offerings. Content was provided by RONIN’s wordsmiths, tailoring the language to appeal to Simply Mums target audience.
