Faced with increased competition and an ever-turbulent property market, estate agency, George Proctor & Partners came to RONIN to conduct an in depth marketing audit. Little did the agency know that the 40,000 word report – a combination of desk research, quantitative and qualitative research and mystery branch visits – would result in such a dramatic transformation.
Rolling out across its branches in Shirley, Anerley and the London Borough of Bromley is a complete rebrand, snazzy shop signage, fresh marketing collateral, a website facelift, advertising campaign, and a comprehensive PR and social media strategy, oh and did we mention the company has a new name? Now called simply Proctors, the successful South East London estate agency is all set for a speculator rebrand kicking off in 2015.
Evolving a brand with 65 years of history to appeal to the younger, savvier homebuyers and sellers, while retaining the company’s focus on good old-fashioned customer service, is no mean feat. The smart rebrand needed to be matched with a powerful set of messages, to be applied across all marketing materials, website, PR and social media activity.
