New branding and stationery set, including business cards, letterheads and comp slips for Bromley based technical recruitment company, Clear Engineering Recruitment.
Clear was created in 2017 by four Directors with over 30 years combined industry experience. While the initial branding and website served their purpose to an extent, the directors were never fully convinced the logo was a true reflection of the company. They therefore wanted a new brand ID to be deployed across its website, social media channels that was modern, cool and made the firm stand out from its competitors.
Working closely with the client, RONIN developed a new brand identity for Clear. Using the rules of compositional balance and harmony, our design team created a logo that communicated Clear’s vision of an unrivalled platform where people can find their perfect career. The Clear Engineering logo was designed with digital applications in mind, through the use of modern typography and minimal detailing. The name, ‘Clear’ in a white, lower-case font with a full-stop accent is positioned on a bright blue background — a new shade that has revitalised the firm’s brand colour. The optional sub-strap ‘engineering recruitment’ sits to the right of the logo, which is now deployed on Clear’s website and stationery. This is supported on its social media headers and internal collateral, by a new brand graphic incorporating a shade of green to illustrate the concept of ‘connecting people’.
