RONIN was commissioned by UK insurance broker Maiden Global Holdings Ltd to create two websites – one for its fellow group company, Maiden Life & General, and one for Maiden Insurance Partnerships (MIP) – our expert design team has worked its creative flair to produce a fresh new look for both websites. RONIN has also been contracted to run MIP’s communications programme.
Both Maiden companies work with third-party organisations to provide flexible tailored insurance packages for consumers, and have built a reputation for innovation, speed, transparency and simplicity. With a revised de-saturated colour palette and the latest in responsive design technology, the new websites reflect Maiden’s brief to RONIN.
Managing Director of Maiden Life, Keith Medgett, says, “We’re delighted with our new website. It’s a transformation from what we had before and RONIN have done an excellent job of getting across our values, as well as our range of services; that’s really important to us.”
Now, after going into bat for MIP with a pilot digital communications programme, RONIN has been asked to assist with MIP’s, social media, website news, blog and e-marketing programme on an on-going basis.
“It’s a significant step,” says Business Development Director, Ian Wardle. “We needed a means of communicating regularly with a market which only considers moving provider every few years. We need to be on the front foot and we know social media is vital in today’s world, but having not previously tapped into this resource, we were initially apprehensive. RONIN took this on board and their team has been very mindful of our concerns. We are delighted with the results.”
