How long have you worked at RONIN?
Since January 2015 so just over 6 months. Its not very long but I slotted in instantly with the rest of the team and feel like I have been part of the RONIN family for years.
What’s your background? i.e. qualifications, past experience
I have a BSc Honours in Sociology and International Relations from Plymouth University. At a loss for what to do next I then worked at my local pub while gaining work experience with a number of PR agencies in London. I have now been working in the PR industry for over 9 years.
What does your day-to-day job involve?
As well as managing the team my job is very varied involving everything from writing press releases, features and white papers to managing websites and social media planning.
What’s your favourite part of the job?
The fact my job is so varied makes it all the more exciting and interesting, but my favourite part is seeing a project you have been working on for a long time come to fruition.
What social media platform could you not live without?
Twitter. It provides an endless stream of news from across the globe, which you can access instantly. I use it a lot to find out about local companies and to see updates from my favourite brands.
What are you interests outside of work?
I love the buzz you get from exercising. I regularly go spinning but running is my biggest passion. I ran my first marathon in 2014 in Berlin for diabetes charity JDRF. It was extremely tough but worth every mile.
Who would play you in a film about your life?
Victoria Beckham. We both have awkward smiles and can’t act! (Sorry VB)
What’s your guilty pleasure?
The Mix Salumi pizza at Sappore Vero in Beckenham. It’s delicious.
If you had to describe yourself in three words, what would they be?
Perfectionist, impatient & competitive

A Rum Fizz please..and it has to be Kraken rum!
