18 Jul RONIN’s Royal date
It’s not everyday you get the chance to wander the Gardens of Buckingham Palace, so as soon as we knew our client, Royal Warrant Holders, Stoneham Kitchens, were exhibiting at the Coronation Festival, we were quick to snap up a few tickets for an exclusive evening out at the Royal residence.
A spectacular one-off event to mark the 60th anniversary of the Queen’s coronation, The Festival brought together companies and individuals who hold Royal Warrants of Appointment – those who have supplied goods or services to the Households of The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh and the Prince of Wales, for five years or more.
The event saw the Gardens turned into a bustling hive of activity, with 60,000 visitors over four days and an array of excellent stands from the Royal Warrant holders – not least Stoneham themselves, who used the Festival to kick off a celebration of their own; 150 years in business. The Festival also included a fantastic Gala evening, showcasing some of the best talent from across the commonwealth, and celebrating cultural life during the reign of Her Majesty, it really was a fabulous sight to behold.
